Choose minimally processed whole foods like whole grains, rolled oats, brown rice, quinoa.
Stay hydrated for a healthy body and healthy weight! Aim to drink at least 2.5-3 litres of water daily.
Exercise daily. Aim for at least 150 minutes/week to burn calories. Choose from yoga/walking/pilates/strength training.
Do some desk exercise or stretching in between work. Take a break every after 1 hour and stretch your body for a minute.
Sleep well ! Studies showed that 7-8 hours of peaceful sleep prevents excess weight gain and relaxes body, mind.
