5 Ways to Stay Hydrated all day

Start your day drinking at least 1 glass of water (250-350 ml).
Incorporate more water-laden foods like melons, oranges, cabbage, spinach, cucumber.
Instead of drinking coffee in between meals, take coconut water or buttermilk or vegetable juice.
Keep drinking water or other drinks like fresh juices or shakes throughout the day or whenever you feel thirsty.
Try setting a reminder to take few sips of water every after 30 minutes.
Drink one glass of water 30 minutes before and after a meal. It not only keeps you hydrated but limits overeating.
